About us
London Leavers provides a managed leavers’ hoodie service for UK schools/colleges/universities, including design, online ordering and coordination of printing and delivery.
Placing an order
Orders are placed by parents or guardians through an online order page created for each school/college/university.
Once an order has been submitted and the ordering window has closed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Custom products
All leavers’ hoodies are custom-made for each school and year group.
As items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind or incorrect sizing selected at the time of ordering. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Design approval
Designs are created based on information provided by the school/college/university.
Final designs are approved by the school/college/university before printing. London Leavers is not responsible for errors in approved artwork, including spelling of pupil names, once approval has been given.
Pricing and payment
Prices are clearly shown during the ordering process.
Payment is taken at the time an order is placed. All payments are processed securely via our website.
Delivery
Orders are delivered in bulk directly to the school/college/university.
Delivery dates are agreed with the school/college/university in advance. While we aim to meet all agreed timelines, delivery dates may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.

Liability
London Leavers will always take reasonable care in providing our services.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
