Returns & Refunds
Custom-made items
All leavers’ hoodies are custom-made for each institution and pupil.
This means we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect sizing selected at the time of ordering, or orders placed in error.

We strongly encourage parents to check sizing information carefully before placing an order.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty or differs from the approved design or order details, we will of course put this right.

In these cases:

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery

Include the pupil name, institution name and a brief description of the issue

Photographs may be requested to help us resolve the problem quickly
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Delivery issues
​If an order is missing or incorrect as a result of an error during printing or packing, we will work with the school/college/university to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How to report an issue
All issues should be reported by the school/college/university or parent via email:

Changes to orders
Once the ordering window has closed and designs have been approved for print, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
